A profoundly therapeutic class that spends a longer amount of time in each pose, using props to offer increased support and allow for deeper relaxation. This class provides meditative breathing techniques that enhance the depth of tension release. Benefits include; increased flexibility, increased blood flow, quiets the mind and helps to lower stress levels.
Spaces are available for this class. We respect your time and our instructors' time so we do require at least one on line reservation per class. Please register at least two hours in advance so that our instructors will be there for you! If you do reserve a space, we ask that you respect the studio and your fellow classmates by ensuring you attend the class, or by cancelling at least 24 hours in advance.
