Class schedule

Our class schedule changes each season. For Summer 2022:

Beginner Yoga- Wednesdays 7pm (July 6- Aug. 17)  Register 5 weeks

Pilates– Fridays 9 am (July 8- Aug. 19) Register 5 weeks

Flow Yoga– Fridays 10am (July 8- Aug. 19) Register 5 weeks

Register for any class for 5 weeks (July 13- Aug 12) and save 20%  or Drop-in $15
